Ample payment options

We accept various cards, online payment methods (e.g. iDEAL), manual payments and Cryptos. These are available during the checkout process. Unfortunately we are currently unable to accept credit card payments. Please try and use another payment option instead, until we resolve the issue. A SEPA Bank transfer is the most accessible option.

SEPA Bank Transfers

SEPA manual bank transfers are becoming faster and faster and are also processed quickly by us.

When is the payment instant:

• In Europe we have a new payment infrastructure for banks: TIPS
• If your banks supports TIPS (currently over 4000), we will receive your payment in seconds
• Our bank is connected to TIPS
• Payments are checked fully automatically

Result

Your order is paid and will be shipped the same day.

• If you bank is not connected to TIPS it can still be same day, but not guaranteed
• Maximum is 24 hours in most cases

This all results in a very easy and fast way to pay your orders without depending on cards or other payment methods.

How to do a bank transfer:

Place your order via our webshop again. When you arrive at the payment option page, click on 'Bank Transfer' and proceed. After filling in all your details and confirming the order a page will open, where all of our details are shown. Use these details when perform your bank transfer in your preferred banking app, or website. Remember! You have to manually perform the bank transfer yourself. It is not necessary to send a confirmation of your payment, you will receive a confirmation of your payment once we receive it.

Bank transfers used to be slow. In Europe SEPA payments (using IBAN) are already fast (1 day) and a lot of times even instantly. And free of charge.We process these payments every day automatically. Currently for our ING accounts. N26 will soon be added.
