How to close and clean the container?
Before closing the container, make sure that the area where the lid and the body touch is clean. Otherwise the lid could get stuck. Pour boiling water over the lid if it ever gets stuck to get it open again.
The containers are easy to clean by hand. Just wash them under the sink. You can not put them in the dish-washer.
