Trustpilot a supprimé tous vos avis sur la communauté Trustpilot.

Trustpilot can now delete these if they feel like it. Trustpilot has a policy for this: “Bad-fit”.

Once you are bad-fit, they can delete all customer reviews. Even if their own policy states they will never delete genuine real consumers reviews.

Prove: https://www.trustpilot.com/review/kraatje.eu, as long as it is empty it means they deleted almost 3000 service and product reviews from customers about Kratom. These reviews do help spread the word and change the sentiment about Kratom.

Aidez la communauté Kratom: Leave a review on Trustpilot about Trustpilot and ask them why they delete reviews. https://nl.trustpilot.com/review/trustpilot.com.

Share this page with others (social media, etc……), this will help to get it found easier by others and they can share it as well.

Trustpilot censoring Reviews

Send us ideas on how to get this message out better. You have a successful YouTube channel or blog and want to help, tell us. Any other smart way, let us know. Aware of similar cases, let us know.

Or just send Trustpilot an email: this email address and ask them why they removed the reviews.

Pourquoi on fait ça:

Trustpilot’s own words:

“We’re a platform that’s open to everyone to leave a review for a business they’ve had a genuine experience with, and we want to make sure everyone trusts the reviews they see on Trustpilot.”

Peter Mühlmann, founder of Trustpilot:

"Review censorship is something we will never accept. Allowing people to freely share their experiences, and not just when it suits businesses, is exactly why Trustpilot exists."

This is not a new thing for the Kratom cummunity (American Kratom Association), it succesfully defended actions from the FDA (first time in history the FDA had to withdraw and change their opinion).

Trustpilot’s argument for deleting the customers reviews: Kratom is illegal. But Trustpilot actively tried to get us on-board as an Enterprise customer (pre-IPO). They knew about Kratom, several people at Trustpilot were involved and Trustpilot actively tried to get other Kratom shops onboard. They have been collecting Kratom reviews for years and still do.

Trustpilot has the legal rights for this, but they sell you a different story. They are not an open platform. They are a public company that cares about shareholders, stock price and profit.

We want reviews about Kratom to be visible to everybody that is interested in this Herb. This is one of the reasons why we started with review systems. To get the positive message about Kratom into the world. This way people can read genuine experiences from real customers about Kratom.

Qui chez Trustpilot:

Trustpilot Enforcement team

Trustpilot uses Egle as name in there communications, we want know who is Egle ? (probably just a few people)

The Head of the Enforcement team did respond in an email to us (David). Very likely David Cole (picture on the bottom of the page).

"I have reviewed the assessment of kraatje.eu as a bad-fit and agreed with the decision."

They already mention “non regulated product” in their communications (that is a huge range of products that could just be a bad-fit overnight). The way they enforce this policy is also not consistent at all.

If you have more information on Egle or similar cases: just email us so we can share it.

Nos collègues du marché:

If you are, first be aware. Secondly please do share this page, you customer is aware of us anyhow (we are easy to find). We do not need to reach the world but if we reach the Kratom community it will make an impact (FDA case is a good example).

In our case, we never got any formal notice. They disabled the account Friday at 16:00 (16/4/2021) without warning (very unprofessional). And Monday at 10:57 (26/4/2021) we got an email: bad-fit, zero explanation. At the time a paying Enterprise customer. Just be prepared.

Non-responsabilité:

Our goal is not to get our Trustpilot account back. We do not seek any form of financial compensation. We only share information and do not ask customers to leave a negative review.
