This means the profile is led strongly by mitragynine, with the secondary alkaloids playing a supporting role: paynantheine at 0.24%, speciogynine at 0.17%, and speciociliatine at 0.29%. The lower speciociliatine ratio (13.2% of total) compared to red strains reflects the different processing, shorter fermentation tends to preserve the mitragynine-dominant balance of the fresh leaf.
