Alkaloid Profile
Lab analysis shows 1.54% total alkaloid content with mitragynine at 0.95%, making up 61.6% of the total, one of the lower mitragynine-dominance ratios in our range. This means the secondary alkaloids, paynantheine (0.17%), speciogynine (0.13%), and speciociliatine (0.29%), play a proportionally larger role in the overall composition. The speciociliatine-to-mitragynine ratio of 0.31 is among the highest across all our strains, giving Red Hulu Kapuas a more complex and varied alkaloid fingerprint than strains where mitragynine dominates more heavily.
The slow-growth environment along the Kapuas River gives the leaves more time to develop. Availability varies by season. When we secure a batch that passes our testing standards, we stock it.
